Construction Brazed Tips
A cutting material consisting of a mixture of hard chromium and tungsten carbide that is embedded in a tough cobalt matrix. The grain size of the carbide is very small and is consistently embedded in the cobalt. This results in an ideal combination of high hardness and high toughness. In addition to the good wear resistance, there is a high heat resistance. Very good weldability allows the opportunity to grind extremely sharp cutting edges. We can be used for the production of ground knives and blanks and for the production of brazed cutterheads.
